AV nodal reentrant tachycardia:

Left: the common type, conducting antegradely over the slow pathway and retrogradely over the fast pathway. The atria and ventricles are activated almost simultaneously.

Right: the uncommon type, conducting antegradely over the fast pathway and retrogradely over the slow pathway. The ventricles are activated with a normal AV interval after the atria.
